If you live in Newham the book can be hand delivered so no P&P unless you want it posted. You will need to email me with a telephone number so I can arrange to call you or you can ring and leave a message on 07765 046505. I am happy to receive cash on delivery for this service.

Elsewhere in the UK, the cost of P&P is £0.99p which covers 1st class postage and packing in a Jiffy envelope for one book. If you want more than one book, postage and packing will still be £0.99p.
